Warranty Info

The X2D limited warranty covers all manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of (1) year from the original date of purchase from our website or at an authorized X2D dealer or web reseller. Coverage is valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase from x2drideco.com or an authorized X2D dealer or web reseller. The product will be repaired, or replaced, if, upon inspection, X2D finds it to be defective in materials or workmanship.

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, acts of nature, improper use or maintenance, negligence, impact, or repairs or alterations outside of our facility.

SCRATCHED LENSES

The limited warranty program does not cover scratched lenses and scratched lenses will not be replaced under X2D’s limited warranty policy.

Replacement lenses for X2D goggles can be purchased through your local authorized X2D dealer or directly at x2drideco.com or by emailing us at info@x2drideco.com.

WARRANTY RETURN PROCESS

If you desire to return product for service or warranty consideration, you will need to email info@x2dride.com in order to get a WRA number (Warranty Return Authorization Number) and shipping address. All products shipped to X2D without this WRA Number will be refused.

Please be sure to include in the package the correctly filled WRA form, which will be emailed back to you, and your proof of purchase. 

The customer returning product for warranty consideration must pay the freight to deliver it to X2D.  If the product is deemed a warranty issue, then X2D will service, repair or in its sole discretion replace the item and pay the freight to return the product to you by normal ground transportation.

THE OBLIGATIONS OF X2D HEREUNDER ARE LIMITED TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF PARTS OF THE PRODUCT FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. IN NO EVENT SHALL X2D BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TIME, WAGES OR LOST PROFITS, OF ANY NATURE OR KIND OR FOR DAMAGES TO OR LOSS OF PROPERTY. In addition, X2D reserves the right to modify, refine, or improve its products and parts including making substitutions, without incurring any responsibility to modify, exchange, replace or repair any parts or products to meet prior specifications. This limited warranty does not cover circumstances beyond X2D’s control. This warranty does not apply when failure is due to shipping damage, accident, alteration, modification, unauthorized service, misuse, abuse, use with incompatible accessories or attachments. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY OF X2D WITH REGARD TO X2D PRODUCTS AND IS GIVEN IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PURPOSE. Specific rights might vary by state or other jurisdiction so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

The Limited Warranty set forth herein constitutes the entire warranty and representation of X2D with regard to the X2D products. This Limited Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices which may be executed in connection with the purchase of any X2D products or parts. NO representation or warranty made by any X2D salesperson, dealer, agent, representative or employee shall be binding upon X2D other than as set forth herein.
